Michael Vesper
Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer

Michael founded DialConnection and in addition to his role as President and CEO, Michael serves as Chief Visionary and Architect of DialConnection’s Contact Center solutions. Michael combined his technical savvy and more than 20 years of working with contact centers to develop one of the most innovative and cost effective solutions available in the market today. Michael is driven by his passion to deliver the best possible product and service experience for DialConnection’s clients.

David Sargent
Executive Vice President

David has been involved with the collection industry for the past 24 years where he has gained valuable sales and executive management experience. Prior to joining DialConnection in 2003, David was President of CollectAnywhere and led its growth from a small player to an acknowledged leader in the Credit Union industry. CollectAnywhere was successfully acquired by Akcelerant Software.

Chris Brown
Chief Technology Officer

Prior to joining the company in July 2014 to head DialConnection’s development effort and technology roadmap, Chris was founder and Chief Technologist at Drextec, a leader in first generation computer telephony systems. With over 20 years of experience, his specialty is creating scalable software using distributed development teams. Chris is a graduate of Drexel University.
