As a part of the DPTS core with Enterprise
Administrator and Call Center
Supervisor, The Dial Connection Agent Application, with it’s
easy to use GUI interface, allows agents to quickly master the automated
call center.
The Agent Application has
an easy to use Graphical User Interface
|
Logical Branch Scripts will simply guide agents through complex data
collection processes, market research surveys, collections, appointment
scheduling or virtually any process you can imagine. Data can be validated
and decisions made based on data collection and script options. Third
parties, such as verification or remote office sites, can be contacted
during any conversation. A three-way conference call can be established
as well as a third party transfer. Agents can easily drop out of the
conversation and continue taking calls while leaving the conferenced
parties talking.
Third party conference calls
and transfers are a snap with the Enterprise Agent Application.
|
Calls can be recorded in three different ways. Full time recording,
script based recording or on-demand recording. Script based recording
will start and stop recording based on the agents position in the
script. The scripting engine is Web based and allows unlimited extensibility
to the application through custom order entry forms or scripting processes.
The scripting can also be integrated with an existing internal or
external web site application. We currently offer custom scripting
packages for many different industries. Virtually every aspect of
the Agent Application is user-definable! |
