Application Description
The Dial Connection Prospecting and TeleMarketing System (DPTS) Enterprise Edition is a complete solution for using computer based telephony services for inbound and outbound call centers. The extensive feature set makes the system and excellent choice for marketing, sales, surveys, customer service, collections and service bureaus handling multiple tasks for their customers. We have many vertical market solutions including a Mortgage, Collections, Fund Raising and Appointment Scheduling Packages. The system uses a very flexible campaign structure, which allows administrators to create campaigns that automate many types of business activities including automated importing. A unique staging feature allows administrators to easily import, activate and deactivate lists without interfering with production! Agent system rights can be set individually within the users profile. System telephony functions include; Predictive Dialing, Power Dialing, Preview Dialing, Inbound ACD, IVR, Automated Messaging, Data Entry, Agent to Agent Transfer, Third Party Conference, Third Party Transfer, Call Monitoring/Coaching, Screen Monitoring, Scheduled and Instant Call Backs, Virtual Phone, Text to Speech, Appointment Scheduling, Automated Appointment Scheduling and Digital Voice Recording.

DPTS Enterprise software supports an open web integrated intelligent logical branch-scripting framework, which allows users to create custom scripts as well as integrate existing web based scripts or applications into the system. Intelligent screen designer allows administrators to easily customize screens based on your database. Unlimited screens can be created for any given client allowing ultimate flexibility. Screen field types include textbox, checkbox, list boxes, labels and calculation fields. If you currently use a third party software such as a commercial collection package or a in-house legacy package and wish to add all the benefits of the DPTS Enterprise software, we have a solution for you. The DPTS Enterprise Agent easily interfaces with third party PC software packages as well as mainframe applications running in terminal emulators to provide seamless screen pops to your application. User defined "everything" allows DPTS Enterprise campaigns to be easily modified without programming in real time!

The DPTS system is completely PC based, and uses a Microsoft Windows 2000 File Server utilizing Microsoft SQL Server 2000. A PC LAN is required to provide services to support the operation of the system. Dedicated LANs, Servers and PCs are not required. In many cases, existing hardware can be utilized in an environment that is PC LAN based with a Windows 2000 File Server and MS SQL Server. Supported Telephony Hardware includes the "Stand Alone" Telephony Server with Dialogic Cards for Calling and Station Management and the "Phone Switch" versions of the Telephony Server. Currently phone switches supported include COMDIAL, FUJITSU, SIEMENS, AVAYA, INTERTEL, NORTEL, NEC and CISCO. Support for the non-switch based CT-Connect architecture is ongoing. The use of standard PC hardware and non-proprietary databases allow for DPTS to co-exist with virtually any current PC software environment. Agent applications can be used on Windows 95/98, Windows NT 4.0/Windows 2000 or Windows XP.

Custom Integration services are available directly from the developer to interface DPTS with corporate software and database packages. In-house IT staff can develop applications to interface with the DPTS system. Full Data Dictionaries for all databases are included with the DPTS system. DPTS is licensed on a Telephony User basis. The number of Data Entry and Manual Outbound/Inbound users is not restricted.
